Go Slow and Breathe is a non-profit community.
We offer meditation workshops, and self-discovery workshops and retreats.
Our mission is to promote healing and wellness in the community with a one-stop wellness program to assist people on their journey to aligning their mind, body, and soul.
We are passionate about inspiring each other to develop a deeper connection with ourselves, so that we feel strong enough to listen to our own voice and live our lives authentically.
When we live our lives in harmony with our spirit, we have the power to do
the work we are created to do, in the way we are created to do it.
Wellness is more than being free from illness, it is a process of change and growth towards a mentally, physically, and spiritually healthy lifestyle.
Go Slow and Breathe creates a platform for us to be ourselves and creates an environment
that contributes to mind, body, and soul alignment, so we can reflect deeper on who we are and learn to listen to our own voice when determining our wellness goals.
In order to live a higher quality life, maintaining our optimal wellness is key and the process is different for each of us. Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our emotions. In order to subdue stress, reduce illness, and ensure positive moments in our lives, we must achieve optimal wellness.
To achieve optimal wellness, we must apply our unique approach towards each area of our lives, which include, but are not limited to our physical, mental, emotional, financial, career, education, social, environment, and spiritual. Applying a wellness approach in our everyday lives will assist us in achieving our full potential and live with passion and purpose.
