Go Slow and Breathe offers Self-Discovery Workshops and Retreats. We create a space for us to discover or rediscover who we are and what we want for our lives.
Our mission is to promote healing and wellness in the community with a one-stop wellness program to assist us in our journey to aligning our mind, body, and soul. We are passionate about inspiring each other to develop a deeper connection with ourselves, so that we feel strong enough to listen to our own voice and live our lives authentically.
When we live our lives in harmony with our spirit, we have the power to do the work we are created to do, in the way we are created to do it.

Creating space for and inspiring Future Leaders to create a vision for themselves and develop a plan for their lives.
Yoga can build strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body. A regular practice can cultivate discernment, awareness, self-regulation and higher consciousness, to better observe ourselves and become more aware of our own nature.
The practice of visualization uses our five senses of sight, smell, touch, taste, and hearing to imagine what we want to achieve in our lives.
We use journaling to write down our thoughts and feelings to understand them more clearly and evoke mindfulness so we can remain present and keep things in perspective.
A vision board is a collage of words and pictures that represent dreams, goals, and desires in a fun and creative way. Vision boards can be used to draw more of what we want into our lives. Vision boards can focus on something specific like career, school, friends, the upcoming year or focus on general life intentions.

Go Slow and Breathe creates a platform for us to be ourselves and creates an environment that contributes to mind, body, and soul alignment, so we can reflect deeper on who we are and learn to listen to our own voice when determining our wellness goals. Applying a wellness approach in our everyday lives will assist us in achieving our full potential and live with passion and purpose.
